  • We offer personalized, one-on-one or small group training for beginners, intermediates, and advanced students in the Bay Area.
  • We teach seminars at local parks and gyms in Marin County and the San Francisco peninsula, and we also regularly visit Denver, CO, and Sacramento, CA. For details on upcoming seminars, click here to review Upcoming Events. Individual training can be scheduled around seminars in these location.
  • Training can be done outdoors or at a location of your choosing.
  • Most clients meet with one of us once per week for 6-12 weeks before becoming independent.
  • Our goals as a personal trainers are:
    • To teach you the fundamental skills that you need to use your kettlebells safely and effectively
    • To teach you a variety of skills that will keep your workouts challenging and exciting
    • To leave you healthier, stronger, self-motivated, and self-sufficient in your workouts

  • Once purchased, kettlebells require no maintenance and never need to be replaced (unless you drop them handle-first on concrete, say).
